Refund policy

Amphibious Returns Policy:

At Amphibious, every release is produced in limited quantities and handled with care. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility:

UK orders: Returns must be requested and shipped within 10 calendar days of order fulfillment.

European orders: Returns must be requested and shipped within 21 calendar days of order fulfillment.

Items must be unworn, unwashed,undamaged, and returned in original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or washing may be rejected. Amphibious reserves the right to determine eligibility of any returned item.

Refunds:

All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

Store credit is valid for the full value of the returned item(s), excluding original shipping costs.

Store credit does not expire and may be used on any future Amphibious release.

No cash refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and risks.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Amphibious is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

How to Request a Return:

To request a return, contact us at amphibiousstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within the applicable return window.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Upon verification, Amphibious will provide store credit or a replacement item at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability:

Amphibious reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK or EU law.
